February 2026 – Mastermind Update
Led by Jason Wenschlag of Principals Coach, the February Mastermind session gave participants opportunities to explore practical strategies for moving change from vision to reality. With a time of reflection on past change efforts, and evaluation of current initiatives, we learned about the proven leadership framework of Kotter’s 8 Steps for Leading Change. Through guided discussion, small-group collaboration, and action planning, attendees engaged in meaningful dialogue, shared insights with peers, and identified next steps to implement in their own schools as they lead change. Our next Mastermind session will be in person on February 26, following the Collaborative Event!
